Each house varies in layout and accommodations. Most residents have private rooms or share with one person depending on availability.
Residents can stay as long as they'd like as
long as residency guidelines are followed.
We understand some residents do not
want to continuously move which is why
we offer long term options.
Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, access to a washer and dryer, and common areas.
No, pets are not permitted at Sweet Living House.
We can connect residents with off-site counseling services and provide on-site
supportive assistance.
At the moment, vouchers are not accepted.
Residents have multiple payment methods as outlined in the resident
handbook.
Yes, there is a living room, backyard, and designated areas for socializing.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am.
Rental rates vary per house. There is also a $250 non-refundable move in fee,
which is a one-time payment. No other
fees apply.
Residents must complete a rental application and provide proof of income.
The application process typically takes 10-15 minutes, and the entire process can
take up to 3 business days, unless there is
a waiting list.
Background checks are conducted. There
are no credit checks. All individuals are welcome to apply as long as they agree to follow all residency guidelines.
Yes, curfew is at 11 pm. Residents who work past this time must submit their
work schedule for approval from the resident coordinator.
No, visitors are not allowed to ensure the safety and respect of other residents.
Transportation assistance can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Meals are not provided, but assistance with obtaining meals from local partners
can be arranged.
The facility is equipped with security cameras, random inspections, and
frequent on-site personnel. Residents can
report maintenance issues via a dedicated
email.
Personalization is allowed only with the resident coordinator’s permission.
Residents can come and go as they wish
before 11 pm. The doors lock at 11 pm,
and no one is permitted to enter after
this time without prior approval.
We assist with connecting residents to local resources, such as jobs and housing.
